Our Story
From vision to the grid: the journey of an idea that transformed industries
In 2012, in the heart of Bogotá, MEGA MAC SHOP opened its doors, offering the latest in technology to a city eager to connect with the future. It was a venture born from the vision of an industrial engineer passionate about innovation—someone who understood that technology was not just a set of tools, but a gateway to progress, change, and transformation.
Eight years later, in the midst of the global chaos brought on by the 2020 pandemic, New Social Contract (NSC) emerged as a bold response to the new realities of the business world. In an uncertain environment, NSC focused on digital transformation, delivering solutions designed not just to withstand the crisis, but to reinvent business models, adapt them, and help them thrive in a new economic and social landscape.
Behind this initiative were two industrial engineers with over two decades of experience in the oil sector. Their deep knowledge of business development in the drilling industry—combined with a carefully built professional network—allowed them to see what others could not: the opportunity to merge cutting-edge technology with proven operational capability.
In 2023, that vision became a reality with the creation of NSC Business Consulting S.A.S., a company born from the fusion of two worlds: the agility and innovation of a tech startup with the structural strength of an established firm. NSC positioned itself as a business development group, offering transversal solutions for companies, industries, and governments seeking not just to survive, but to strategically transform.
